1. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing address when you place an order, and your email address if you sign up for our newsletter or write to us.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway, Razorpay, on their own secure systems. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with a transaction reference.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process and fulfill your orders
• Communicate with you regarding your purchases or inquiries
• Provide customer support
• Send updates, offers, or newsletters (only if you opt in)

We only use your information for purposes that improve your experience with our brand.

3. Information Sharing

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is never sold, traded, or rented to third parties. We share only what is necessary with the partners who help us complete your order — our payment gateway (Razorpay) and our delivery partners.

4. Data Security

We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information. Our site runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and all payments are processed through our gateway’s secure, encrypted systems. Because we never hold your card or UPI details, they are never stored on our servers.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep your cart and preferences working as you browse, and we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. You can clear or block these in your browser settings at any time — the shop will still work, though your cart may not carry over between visits.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information only as long as we need it. Order and invoice records are retained for as long as Indian tax law requires — at least six years — because we are legally obliged to keep them. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages you send us are kept while we resolve your query, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you write again about the same order.

7. Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• delete your information
• stop sending you marketing messages

Email support@tutuandco.in and we will respond within 1–2 business days. One honest limitation: where we are legally required to keep a record — a tax invoice, for example — we cannot delete it, but we will tell you exactly what we are keeping and why.

8. Grievance Officer

If something has gone wrong and you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can escalate it to our Grievance Officer:

We may update this policy as our shop grows. The date at the top of this page always shows when it last changed.
